Everyone set off this weekend to prepare for our big trip next week, some serviced their bikes others did some last minute rides but I know of 3 of us who tried the latter and got completely weathered swept on Sunday!!!

I am probably not getting out as much as I can but not for lack of trying, a few killer hills but it got too dark to do a long route this time I did 12km and then just went up and the killer hill to get some dying practice in🚴🏻‍♀️🫁🌬️

The further we go the more foodie we get! The team is really stuck in now we have just over 2 weeks to go !!!!!

Why burn thousands of calories if you can't replenish them with sweet cakey goodness more miles equals more cakes x

As they do they forgot to take a lot of photos but we will let them off as they did 140 something kilometers 

Come Rain or shine the team is making an effort to get out enjoying the bike ride, cakes and lovely weather.

How many times do you need to change your tubes in an hour? Well Brad says 3! So sad to say the cycle was cut sort but points for trying to train on grey wet and windy day !

3 of us set of at 6 am and 2 of us ( that's me and you Craig) well let's just say we would still be out there if left unguided ! We learned a few things! no  1 luminous yellow attracts Wasps haha! bring spare tubes got lucky on that one and remember your gloves because office hands need love!!
